‘Spellbound Spring’ has the light, fresh vivid colours of Spring dancing on the horizon pushing pink and red clouds up into the sky and casting fresh light on to the green landscape below.

My style

Sometimes you just can’t beat some bright colours and I just love pink and purple together and all the tones in between.

This would certainly suit the taste of someone who liked bold colours and spontaneous brushstrokes and mark making.

I felt this painting was always going to have minimal brushstrokes but still has form and depth with a little more blending in the sky.
