Paintings on paper and canvas

My larger paintings on canvas and paper capture the mood of a place ‘in that one moment in time'. Whilst the inspiration comes from nature the interpretation is from my own feeling and the sense of the mood and space in the light.

Using brushstrokes to develop texture creates a movement and atmosphere which varies considerably between canvas and paper.
